What We Fix
PC & Mac Repair
Won't start, crashes, blue screens, spinning wheels, strange noises, broken screens, worn-out keyboards, loose charging ports, failing hardware. We diagnose the actual problem before we quote the fix, so you're not paying to replace parts that were never broken. Getting a new computer? We'll move everything over, and we can usually set it up to look and work just like your old one, with your programs and files right where you left them.
Slow Computer? Upgrades Help.
Most "slow" computers don't need replacing. We'll upgrade your RAM or move you to an SSD, and a machine you were ready to give up on often comes back feeling new, for a fraction of the cost of a new one. If an upgrade isn't worth it, we'll tell you that too.
Virus & Malware Removal
Pop-ups, ransom messages, a browser that's been hijacked, or a computer that's just acting wrong. We remove the infection, clean up the damage, and help you avoid a repeat.
Data Recovery
Failed drive, deleted files, a computer that died with your photos or business records on it. We'll evaluate the drive and lay out your recovery options honestly, including when a case needs a specialized lab, so you don't waste money on attempts that could make things worse.
